PARTHAN KANDA PARALOKAM

Jayaram is making a strong comeback with Parthan Kanda Paralokam, directed by Anil, of the one time famous directorial team of Anil and Babu. The team has given Jayaram some of his hits like Pattabhishekam, and Anil the creative guy is known for his light hearted movies.
In Parthan Kanda Paralokam,
Jayaram plays an atheist Parthan, who has got influenced by the
naxalite movement. He has experienced "death" at close quarters that
people feel he has seen "the other world". Parthan is a large hearted
man who takes up the cause of the ordinary people and his most bitter
enemy is his uncle, a feudal landlord played by Jagathy Sreekumar. Mukesh acts as Jayaram's best friend, while Sridevika is his lady love.
The others in the film are Kalabhavan Mani, Kottayam Nazir, and few
newcomers from television. The film has music by M.Jayachandran.
For Jayaram it is an important film that has to be a hit for him to salvage his career which is at an all time low. Parthan Kanda Paralokam, releases for Easter on March 22.
