SREENIVAASAN AS A CARTOONIST

Sreenivasan is playing a cartoonist in debutant director Leo’s film Pachamarathanalil, a family story told in a humorous manner.

Sreenivasan read Leo’s script and then agreed to do the film being produced by Suresh Kumar under Revathi Kalamandir’s banner. Leo is a former assistant of Bhadran and has also made short films which got critical acclaim from the Kerala state government.

Pachamarathanalil has Padmapriya playing an important role as cartoonist Sreenivasan’s wife, a government employee who is obsessed with their 7 year old daughter’s studies!

Lalu Alex, Lal, Nassar, Sooraj Venjaranmoodu, Bijukuttan, Sona Nair and others are in the cast. Alphonse is the music director and Manoj Pillai the cameraman.
